I can only attend one day of the conference. Is there a reduced rate?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer pro-rated registration fees. Please note that the registration fee of €75 covers the conference, most meals and coffee breaks, and site visits.

Can I pay for my registration in cash at the conference?

Unfortunately, you need to pay online in order for your registration to be taken into account. You will not be able to pay in cash at the conference.

How do I receive confirmation of my registration?

Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email with the logistical details about the conference venue and directions.

Where is the conference venue and how do I access it?

The conference is in Cannaregio. Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary logistical details about the conference venue and directions.

Can I bring flyers about my programme or project?

Yes, you may bring some flyers that will be placed on a table in the conference venue. However, we are unable to accommodate posters.

Do you have hotel recommendations?

There are numerous accommodation options in Venice, depending on your budget. The conference venue is in Cannaregio, near the Ghetto, so we suggest finding accommodation in that area if you want to be close to the conference venue.

Can I cancel my registration?

You may cancel your registration until 8th October 2017. You will be reimbursed minus any banking fee incurred.
